Select the child you’re ordering for, choose 2 or 3 courses, select the day or days required, add your menu items, then click “Place Order” to go to checkout and pay.

Place the first child’s order, then when the pop-up appears click “Order More” and repeat for the next child. If your children attend the same school, you can select multiple children at the start of your order.

Click “Make Payment” once and wait for the success pop-up. You’ll also receive an email confirmation, and can always view confirmed orders in the My Account section.

Logging out and back in resolves almost every issue. Also make sure you’ve selected a menu item for each course you’ve nominated.

No — the menu locks for the current day at 8:30am, when our suppliers prepare exactly what’s been ordered. You can order in advance for any day in the term (and cancel if plans change), but we’re unable to accept late orders.

In My Account, scroll to Order Summary, click the pencil (Edit) beside the order, make your change and click Save (the tick). You’ll receive an email confirming the change.

In Order Summary, click delete (the circle with a line through it). We generate a voucher to redeem whenever you like — emailed to you and shown in My Account. Cancellations must be logged before 9:30am; after that the lunch is delivered to school whether or not your child is there to eat it.

A 2-course lunch has three price tiers — $6.45, $7.45 and $8.95. A 3-course lunch is $9.15, $10.15 or $11.65. The tier depends on the main course you choose; premium (*) snack/drink items are +$1.00 each.
